Job Summary
4CPL Tech is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Project Manager who will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions while ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:-
Business Analysis
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and process flow diagrams
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
Project Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
- Track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Ensure clear communication of project requirements and updates
- Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction levels
Agile & Delivery
- Work closely with development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes
Quality & Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation and version control of project artifacts
- Support QA teams in defining test cases and validating deliverables
- Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and best practices
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of software development technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA or PMP certification (preferred)
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP / CCBA) is a plus
Position: .Net Developer
Qualification: MCA, M.Sc., MS, BE/B.Tech (Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Application or IT Qualification)
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Location: Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should have work experience in .NET MVC, WebAPI, Entity Framework, AngularJS, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
- Very Strong business/customer communication skills.
- Strong .Net MVC and WebAPI knowledge required, Angular knowledge would be an advantage
- Entity Framework and LINQ to SQL.
- SQL Server. Table definition, queries, views, etc.
- HTML, CSS, JQuery and Bootstrap for front end web development.
- TFS/SVN or similar code control tool for branching, merging, etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft design patterns, development best practices, application blocks, tools
- Drive effort estimation for modules you will own and help create development plans with PM/TL
- Should be confident, self-driven with a lot of initiative, and should have the zeal and energy to quickly ramp-up on upcoming technologies
